If there is one thing I am lazy to do, it’s shaving my legs! Luckily for me, my hair is very light and fine but still – no one wants to look like a fuzzy bear whilst suntanning on Clifton beach. Hold onto your hats ladies, because I have recently been using Veet In Shower Hair Removal Cream and it works like a bomb! Veet in Shower Hair Removal Cream works close to the root even on short hair, giving you smoothness for up to four days.
Veet in Shower Hair Removal Cream- Suprem’Essence
The Product: Suprem’Essence In Shower Hair Removal Cream for Normal to Dry Skin. It’s enriched with a blend of Essential Oils and scented with Velvet Rose fragrance and removes hair on the legs, arms, underarms and bikini line. I only used it on my legs though.
Overall Score: 8/10
How to use: Apply the cream evenly to dry skin using the coloured side of the supplied sponge. Make sure you apply enough product! Wash your hands and wait 2-3 minutes before hopping in the shower. When you get in the shower, try not to get your legs wet for another minute or so. Once enough time has passed, remove the cream with the white side of the sponge.
Does it work? Yes! My hair does grow slowly but I used it 7 days ago on my legs and there is hardly any regrowth. After use, my legs also felt completely smooth – there were no hairs at all! My legs also felt incredibly soft.

Smell: Gone are the days of hair removal cream making the whole house smell unpleasant. Honestly, this product has a pleasant smell and has no resemblance to that hair removal smell I associate most of my teenage years with.
What did I think? I wish I wasn’t but I am very lazy when it comes to shaving my legs and always do it with a scowl. This product was so easy to use and removed all my leg hairs effectively. I’ve now had soft, hairless legs for over a week and am impressed!
Packaging: Very feminine with a modern twist.
Will I buy this product again? Yes. Makes smooth legs so much easier!

I often have this cream in my toiletry cupboard for emergencies when I can’t get to wax in time.
