5 Christmas Gift Ideas for beauty lovers!

Christmas is really close and if you are anything like me your first Christmas shop of the year always results in leaving pretty much empty handed due to an overwhelming selection of choices and poor pre-planning! I’m hoping I can provide a few Christmas gift ideas for you by picking my top 5 November Beauty favorites. I’ve chosen specifically more affordable products which can also come in handy for those of you who have Secret Santa at work!

I saw this product originally being reviewed by bloggers such as All Dolled Up who were comparing it to more splurge brands and were all convinced that this reasonably priced product holds it own . I’ve been using this product for a few weeks now and can honestly say I see the difference in my eyeshadow when using this product. It helps with:

Honestly this product does exactly what it says it will do and is so easy to apply. It’s smooth and creamy in texture and would highly recommend this product

2. Estée Lauder lipliner in Spice (R370 from Estee Lauder online store)

Lipliner is a product that many ladies can be scared to use in fear that it may make their lips look too ridiculous or plump due to over lining. However those that know and use lipliner know that when used correctly it can really finish off your makeup look and ensure your lipstick looks Amazing all day Long. Lipliner also prevents your lipstick from bleeding and looking splotchy.

This shade is pretty neutral so can work with lots of beige and pinky lipsticks and works well with many skin tones. These Estee Lauder lipliners are from their Double Wear range and last up to 12 hours. Lightweight, creamy colour helps extend the wear of lipstick without feathering or bleeding.

This is actually the perfect stocking filler or little gift to add amongst some chocolates or bath goodies. Nutty is a very warm shade with the most amazing shimmer – it will be stunning with both summer or winter looks. Because this shade isn’t too dramatic it will be great for your friends or family who prefer more neutral tones when it comes to their makeup choices.

4. Sorbet Hand and Nail Cream in Sensual (R34, 95 at Clicks and on a 3 for 2 special at the moment!)

This hand cream smells absolutely divine! It is infused with exotic passion flower oil and the scent of citrus, Turkish rose and sandalwood. The oil is also very hydrating on the skin. This is a very feminine looking product, is soft smelling and very moisturizing on the hands. The packaging is also really fun and bright. Honestly when it comes to Christmas gifts you cannot go wrong with a great hand cream!

5. Elizabeth Arden Bold Liquid Lipstick in Luscious Raspberry (R295 from Red Square online)

This product makes it to my list of summer must haves! These Eizabeth Arden colours are bright, bold and the texture is extremely moistizing. Honestly I think the shininess factor is top for me- it’s shiny without being reflective or sticky. The applicator also makes it very easy to apply and the product stays on for quite a few hours. I had a meal and a cappuccino to test!

The Color Bold Liquid Lipstick from Elizabeth Arden is a creamy, intensely pigmented lip formula that combines the coverage of a lipstick with the shine of a lip gloss. It is infused with conditioning emollients and micro-fine pigments and comes with a flocked tip applicator.
